How to Make a Keto Powdered Coffee Creamer

  • Keto acceptable alternative sweetener Options include Allulose, Erythritol, Stevia, Monk Fruit, or another alternative sweetener that has a very low glycemic index, is very low in carbohydrates, and is very low in calories.

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla powder or ½ vanilla bean pod Alternatively, you can use a Keto approved sweetener that you have scented with 1 vanilla bean pod over a few weeks. Use the scented Keto approved sweetener in place of the vanilla powder or the ½ vanilla bean pod.
