Ingredients
  • 60 grams Butter
  • 60 grams bakers flour
  • 250 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 500 grams milk
  • 500 grams macaroni
Steps
  1. Put macaroni in thermoserver and cover with boiling water. Stir, put the lid on and set aside.
  2. Grate cheese using disc A, speed 10.
  3. Fit mixing blade.
  4. Add all other ingredients to the bowl and cook for 7 minutes 100°C speed 3.
  5. Drain macaroni well and add to the bowl with cheese sauce and mix for 30 seconds, speed 4.
  6. Pour into thermoserver and serve immediately.
