7.4 lbs ribs

3 tbsp olive oil

Rub olive oil all over the ribs.

subheading: Spice rub:

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp dry Mexican oregano

1 tsp dry thyme

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1-½ tbsp brown sugar

Season the ribs with the spice rub(front, back and sides). Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, don’t cover

Bake in preheated 275F oven until the meat is tender, about 3 ½ to 4 hours
