Ingredients
- subheading: Base:
- 80 gm butter
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 ΒΌ cup rose flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- subheading: Filling:
- 750 gm cream cheese
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 nos eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Steps
- base: mix all ingredients and bake at 180 for 20min
- cream cream cheese with sugar.
- beat in eggs, one at a time.
- add in lemon juice and vanilla essence.
- mix in whipping cream.
- pour in 9in spring form tin.
- Bake in preheated 150C oven for one hour.
