Ingredients
  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 ½ c granulated sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 TBSP fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 3 c flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c almond slivers or slices
  • 1 c shredded coconut
  • 1 c white chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
  3. Add eggs and beat well
  4. Blend in flour, baking soda, salt, and lime juice and zest
  5. Stir in coconut, nuts, and white chocolate chips
  6. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet
  7. Bake 10 to 12 min until edges are just brown. Center will be soft, but will finish baking on the pan while cooling.
