White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups White Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 Can Cream Cheese Frosting 16 ounces
  • 1 ½ Cups Dried Cranberries
Steps
  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place the morsels in a medium bowl and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until the chocolate is smooth and creamy. Pause to stir every 30 seconds during this step.
  3. Be sure to remove the lid and foil of the frosting can before placing it in the microwave on high for 45 seconds or until fully melted.
  4. Combine the chocolate, frosting, and 1 cup of cranberries. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan.
  6. Evenly spread the mixture and top with the remaining cranberries.
  7. Chill for 3 hours or until fully set.
  8. Cut into 1-inch squares, serve, and enjoy!
