Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup ( 160 g) dairy-free yogurt unsweetened (see recipe notes)
  • ¼ to ½ cup ( 60 to 120 ml) water
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar (*see notes)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ to ⅔ tsp sea salt
