Banana/ Blueberry/ Chocolate Chip Donuts
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Mashed Ripe Banana (Roughly 2 small bananas)
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt (I used a lactose-free brand)
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Soy Butter (Melted)
  • 2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips OR fresh blueberries*
  • note: Tip:  toss blueberries in 1 to 2 tablespoons flour, to prevent them from sinking to the bottom.
  • Topping (Optional): Cinnamon Sugar (I used the Domino shaker)
