  • 3 ~10 oz balls of pizza dough, homemade or store bought
  • olive oil
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • vegan mozzarella, homemade or store bought
  • buffalo soy curls
  • scallions, sliced, white and green parts divided
  • ranch dressing
  • hot sauce
