Ingredients
  • 2 beef shank soup bones
  • 1 celery stalk chopped (include celery tops for extra flavor)
  • 6 to 10 peppercorns
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 large can of tomato sauce
  • 1 to 2 bay leaves
  • 4 whole carrots
  • 2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons garlic crushed
  • 1 cup pastina or acini de pepe,
  • Salt and pepper to taste
