Smoothie: Beet Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 c. mango
  • ½ c. sliced or chopped beets
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 to 3 Brazil Nuts (if no coconut oil)
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • Twist of black pepper
Steps
  1. Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add water as needed if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
