  • ½ cup whole psyllium husks
  • 2 tablespoons neutral flavored oil (optional)
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
