Keto Chocolate Pudding Pie

Ingredients
  • subheading: Pie Base:
  • 200 g Almond Flour
  • 60 g Coconut Flour
  • 60 g Butter ( Melted )
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Erythritol with Stevia Sweetener Powdered or Powdered Natvia or Monk Fruit
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 800 ml full cream (1x 500ml Bottle & 1x300ml Bottle)
  • 1 Packet Simply Delish Keto Instant Pudding Chocolate

Steps
  1. subheading: Making the pie base mix:
  2. In a bench mixer bowl or any bowl using a hand mixer, add the 200 g Almond Flour, 60 g Coconut Flour, 60 g Butter ( Melted ), 4 tbsp Erythritol with Stevia Sweetener Powdered, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence, 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, 2 eggs, mix it all together to fully combined.
  3. It should look like a pastry now and it will be a nice easy to work with.
  4. Press the crust into the base and up the sides.
  5. Prick the base with a fork so it doesn't bubble up when baking.
  6. subheading: Preheat the oven to 170 C degrees:
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, Once baked, Set it aside to cool while making the filling.
  8. Chocolate Pudding filling;
  9. In a large bowl, add the 800ml cream, sprinkle the 1 Packet Simply Delish Keto Instant Pudding Chocolate
  10. over the top of the cream.
  11. Using a electric hand held beater on it's lowest speed, beat in the pudding powder with the cream, it will thicken incredibly fast.
  12. Spoon in the mixture into the pie base, smooth off the top, sprinkle some keto chocolate bits over the top.
  13. Cut the pie and server, enjoy.
  14. I stored mine in the fridge in a sealed container.
