Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
  • 115g plain chocolate
  • 115g butter
  • 140g dark brown sugar
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 140g plain flour
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 170c
  2. Line a 17cm x 26m pan with baking parchment
  3. Melt the chocolate with the butter
  4. Add the sugar and leave to dissolve slightly
  5. Beat the eggs in one at a time, the mixture should be glossy - don’t over mix
  6. Gently fold in the flour
  7. Spread in the tin
  8. Cook at 170c for 20 to 25 minutes
  9. Cool in the tin
Notes
  • Use 100g bar of 70% dark chocolate
