Preheat the oven to 170c
Line a 17cm x 26m pan with baking parchment
Melt the chocolate with the butter
Add the sugar and leave to dissolve slightly
Beat the eggs in one at a time, the mixture should be glossy - don’t over mix
Gently fold in the flour
Spread in the tin
Cook at 170c for 20 to 25 minutes
Cool in the tin
