Cocoa Jerk Tofu and Cocoa Potato Tacos
Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin, or tamarind, or plum sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground oregano

  • 16 oz firm tofu
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, each sliced
