Japanese Cotton Cheesecake
For d brown spot I take some off d batter add in some coco powder. N for d darker drown I use melted chocolate.

  • (A) 160g Cream Cheese
  • 35g Butter
  • 120g Milk
  • (B) 50g Plain Flour
  • 25g Corn Flour
  • (C) 4 Egg Yolks
  • (D) 4 Egg whites
  • 110g sugar
Steps

  2. 1) Lined ur pan with
  3. baking paper.
  4. 2) Place (A) into a mixing bowl and stir over double boiler until well mixed.tune off fire.
  5. 3) Add (B) into it and mix till well combinedi . Follow by (C) mix well.
  6. 4) for (D) Whip egg whites together with sugar till peak then fold in the cheese mixture. Mix well.
  7. 5) Pour batter into your pan n bake in water bath @165 degree for 45mins.
