Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp egg whites (I use egg whites in the carton)
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 large mashed bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- subheading: FOR CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:
- 4 oz softened light cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp egg whites
- 1 Tbsp milk (I used 1%)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries (fresh should be ok but try for smaller ones, that's why I like the frozen)
