Taco Pie IP

This Instant Pot Taco Pie was amazing and super easy to make! Only 10 minutes after my pot came to pressure. I just topped it with my favorite toppings and amazing! Instant Pot Taco Pie is the perfect quick meal for an easy weekday meal. You get layer after layer of taco goodness.

•1 package of flour tortillas

•1 lb ground beef

•12 ounces Mexican style cheese

•¼ c refried beans

•1 package taco seasoning

•Your favorite taco toppings

Cook meat according to taco seasoning packet.

Layer tortillas, beans, meat, and cheese (in that order) in 6" spring form pan until you run out of ingredients and/or room in the pan.

Last layer should be just tortilla and cheese.

1 cup water in Instant Pot, cook on trivet, manual 10 min, QR.

Slice and top with favorite taco toppings.

Also really good if you just do sloppy joe and cheese with the tortilla layers in spring form ready non messy sloppy joe pie

BTW because my daddio pan was bigger than my Springform, and my push pan had not yet arrived, I just lined my daddio with foil, built the layers, and when all done just lifted the foil out. Worked perfectly.
