Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup water

  1. I tried something new that worked out well. I had a pound of frozen ground beef.
  2. I put it in the IP on the trivet with 1 cup of water below.
  3. I set the IP to Manuel for 22 minutes. It sat about 10 minutes before I got to it.
  4. I drained the pot and put the beef back in it. Then I used my mix n chop tool to breakup the meat. It was still pink in the middle. From the heat of the meat and pan it browned right up while I chopped it.
  5. Then I made my spaghetti sauce. I’ll definitely do that again if I have a block of frozen ground beef I need right now. #lynnemilesrecipes
