Cranberry Farfel kugel
Here's the recipe for a KLP Cranberry Farfel kugel that I have made every year since I came across it years ago. Very easy to make. I think I got it from another Jewish Food Group and the poster said "Source Unknown".  My Note: 2011 - I doubled the recipe and made this in three 8 1/4" aluminum pans. I replaced 1/3 cup oil with dried fruit soaked in 1/3 cup of orange juice. Definitely make it for the seder next year!
Ingredients
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 4 cups matzo farfel
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅔ cup oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
