  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Creole or Cajun seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Chopped tomato, for garnish, optional
  • Additional sliced green onion,for garnish, optional
