  • 15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 10 oz can Rotel
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, optional
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • subheading: To serve:
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheese
