  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast totally optional (for extra cheesy-ness!)*
  • ¾ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt to taste
  • 5 ½ tablespoons grass-fed unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 3 ½ ounces grated cheddar cheese
