Chicken Yakitori with Shredded Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 tbs soy sauce (or tamari if gluten free)
  • 2 tsp mirin
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 400g chicken thighs, cut in 3cm pieces
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 100g red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 2 spring onions, cut in 5cm length and thinly sliced lengthways

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp mirin
  • 4 skewers
