Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (I use thick oats)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ⅔ cup cane sugar (you can also use brown sugar - use 1 cup if you like them sweet)
  • ⅔ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt (optional)
