Crispy & Chewy Sesame Shiitake

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, , minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, , minced
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha or other hot sauce, (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • 2 green onion, , thinly sliced
