Slow Cooker Beef with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1-½ pounds lean stewing beef
  • 1 medium-large onion, chopped (about 1-½ cups)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (8 to 10 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10-¾ ounces) low fat reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup (such as Campbell's Healthy Request)
  • ½ cup dry red wine, such as merlot
  • 1-½ tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning (optional)
