Cook for 3 minutes. I did 5 and maybe was too well cooked.
Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 pork tenderloin, approximately 1.5 to 2 lbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, optional
  • 2 tsp teaspoons minced fresh ginger ( I used 1 teaspoon allspice which was too spicy)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp water
