  • 2 tsp (10ml) dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp (1ml) sea salt
  • pinch freshly cracked black pepper (omit for Paleo AIP)
  • ½ cup (125ml) pomegranate arils
  • 100g (3.5oz) peeled and halved roasted ready-to-eat chestnuts
