Ground Turkey Stir-Fry with Greens Beans & Kale
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ lb. green beans, trimmed & cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 2 ½ cups chopped kale & cabbage mixture*
  • subheading: The Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce ( tamari for gluten free)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp agave nectar or honey
  • 2 tsp hoisin sauce ( gluten free version, if desired)
