Shrimps in white wine and butter

Ingredients
  • 500 grams of shrimp, tail left in tact
  • 5 finely chopped cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 100 grams cold butter cut in cubes
  • 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley.
Steps
  1. 1. Heat frying pan....add olive oil....add garlic and then shrimp, season.
  2. 2. When shrimps begin to turn pink, add wine and lemon juice, let boil.
  3. 3. Add the butter cubes and let sauce thicken.
  4. 4. Throw in the parsley, stir, and serve
