Overnight Protein Chocolate Oats
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup Old-fashioned oats, gluten-free if needed (35 g)
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds (24 g)
  • 1 tsp Black cocoa powder (5 g)
  • 1 tsp Almond extract, or use vanilla (5 g)
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ c 2 Tbsp Silk cashew milk, or your favorite milk (150 g)
  • ½ scoop Chocolate protein powder I used Active Stacks (15 g)
  • subheading: Optional Toppings (not included in macros):
  • Powdered peanut butter (I do about 1 Tbsp.)
  • Chopped strawberries
  • Dairy-free whipped cream
  • Pinch of cocoa nibs
