Ingredients
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh berries or roughly chopped strawberries
  • ⅔ cup of fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • ¼ cup of grass fed gelatin (I use this brand -  this brand works too!)
  • ¼ cup of water if removing seeds, 2 tbs of water if not removing seeds
  • 3 tbs of real maple syrup for low FODMAP or 3 tbs of raw honey if not
