  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or sub whatever milk you have on hand)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • optional mix-in: ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
