Recipe adapted by Ann McLeod for Homemade turkey sausage flavored with Italian seasoning, Marjoram, a bit of red pepper and no preservatives added.

Cooked Turkey sausage freezes well in individual servings to use for cooking or reheating throughout the week. Its convenient and saves time when adding to soups, topping biscuits or sandwiches, or even on breakfast burrito’s; great for stirring into gravies or sauces, etc. too.
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
