  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves (2 teaspoons dried)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped sage (1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 cup dry white wine wine
  • 1 cup chicken bone broth
  • ½ to 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
