Maple Pork Chops
Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 thick cut chops
  •  
  • ¼ cup grainy Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 chopped Garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 teaspoon each salt, pepper, thyme
Steps
  1. Mix together. Toss the chops in the marinade to coat and put them in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Drizzle with grape seed oil (or something like) - this just helps them to not stick on the grill.
  3. Grill until done (20 to 30 minutes) use meat thermometer - do NOT over cook.
