Savory Meatballs with Cranberry Glaze
Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice, cooled
  • ½ cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
  • 5 orange slices, quartered

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
