Aunt Linda's Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
  • subheading: Dough:
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 4 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2½ tsp. yeast
  •

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  •  
  • subheading: Frosting:
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1 cube melted butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1½ tsp. milk
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the dough ingredients together in a bread machine and set it to the dough cycle (or put it in kitchen aid, blend it, and let rise). After the dough has risen, roll it out and spread it with melted butter. Mix together the filling ingredients and sprinkle on top of the melted butter. Roll up like a jelly roll, cut into pieces and place in a buttered pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Mix together the frosting ingredients and pour over the cinnamon rolls while it's still hot.
