Ingredients
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 (6 oz) can of tomato paste
  • 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water or beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 (1 ½ oz) package dry onion soup mix
  • a healthy pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 pound of cooked noodles (I used shells but you use whatever short cut pasta you have on hand)
  • Sour Cream to garnish
  • Brown your ground beef in a skillet until cooked and crumbly.
