  • ½ pound medium-sized uncooked peeled and deveined shrimp, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 5 large uncooked dry-pack sea scallops, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) lump crabmeat
  • 2 cans (6.5 ounces each) chopped clams, drained
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 ¾ cups heavy whipping cream (divided)
  • 1 ½ cups good-quality grated Romano cheese
  • 1 ½ cups good-quality Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 pound shredded good-
