Ingredients
  • 200g sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced or crushed
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
  • 1 (16-ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained (optional)
  • 8 to 10 ounces baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch + 3 tablespoons cold water (See Jeff's Tips)
  • 4 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 2 pkgs (20 pcs ea) Siwin Vegetable Dumplings
