  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegan oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • splash of toasted sesame oil
  • a handful of chopped cilantro
  • a handful of toasted sesame seeds
  • neutral oil for cooking
  • subheading: Shallot Oil:
  • 3 small shallots thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of neutral oil
  • subheading: Noodle Sauce (for 2 servings):
  • 2 tablespoons shallot oil with shallots
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
