Servings: Makes 96 (1 T balls)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, soften
  • 1 lb crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 ΒΌ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 lb box graham crackers, crushed
  • 12 oz. Dipping chocolate
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate. Shape into balls. Refrigerate one hour. Melt chocolate. Dip to coat. Place on wax paper.
Notes
  • Mix butter, cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until well blended.
  • Put in an airtight container and refrigerate until solid.
  • Heat chocolate chips in double boiler until melted.
  • Form mixture into desired shapes and dip into chocolate.
  • Place on waxed paper. Put the wax paper onto a cookie sheet and when full, place in refrigerator until cool enough to handle and put in containers.
  • Store in refrigerator.
