- 135g butter, cubed (I used salted butter)

- 100g coconut sugar
- 150g granulated coconut sugar (I blended the regular coconut sugar until it was granulated)
- 120g All Purpose Einkorn flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ΒΌ tsp sea salt
