  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Meat from 1 (3½-pound) roasted chicken, shredded
  • Hot sauce
  • Hot cooked rice (Optional)
