Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
  • Bunch of Asparagus
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
Steps
  1. 1. Cook chopped asparagus in the chicken stock till well cooked.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and blend with stick blender. Add cream cheese towards end of blending
Notes
  • 1 x dairy allowance
  • Serve with chickpea Flatbread
