Ingredients
  • 1 lbs ground beef, 1 package of mushrooms, 1 package of egg noodles, 32 oz beef broth, 1 packet of onion soup mix, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 6 oz cream cheese.
  • First I sauté the ground beef and mushrooms in the instant pot. Then I add all of the other ingredients except the cream cheese. Set the instant pot on manual/high for 8 minutes. Once that is finished I stir in the cream cheese.
  • It’s soooo creamy and delicious!
