  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder + 1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 2 (10 fluid ounce) cans veg or chicken broth
