  • The consistency should be creamy and not runny

  • ➡️ Combine everything (hold the oil) and knead the dough until it comes together nicely

  • ➡️ Add oil and continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth (no need for window pane).

  • ➡️ Proof until (almost) double.
